A bad pic of a cool moth. This is Spragueia leo, the common spragueia. They are common and beautiful, but often overlooked due to their size. They're frequent visitors to the flowers on my mint plants.

Tolype notialis, the small tolype. This cute little guy is a "cousin" to my favorite moth of all, the large tolype (Tolype vellada) who will emerge in the fall.

I've just been graced with an American Snout butterfly in my garden, and landing on my shirt! A rare butterfly in my area, and a first for me ever. Joy! Sorry, this one escaped photographic attempts :(
