I got a Pet Gear stroller for my cat. One loves it and the other one not so much so I only take the one out on walks. She loves to meow at people we pass on our walks. Guess she’s saying hello, or piss off. I can never tell with her.

I'd wonder about a cat's willingness to ride in a stroller. I'd say most would not like it.
