So my cat isn’t the only one who likes to lick glass??
Sounds very kitty humour. Best response is with a well aimed, filled water pistol.
I gave up on the spray bottle. My one cat loves it and acts like a kid who sees a water hose on. My other cat after a couple squirts sits there then defiantly walks over to me and shakes off as if to say “okay we’re both wet. Happy now?”
@Appleriver have you tried positive reinforcement? When the cat behaves praise it verbally & treat reward it. When it doesn't remove treats and yourself from its presence gor 5 minutes.
Yes, regularly.
Here too. I turn away for one second…
@Appleriver I had one who would never knock a cup of glass over, unless it had some liquid in it. If I had finished it but hadn't taken it to the kitchen, it just sat there. If it had water or coffee, or tea.....& I wasn't looking, over it would go.

Posted by LaurenIt's my first grand's fifth Gotcha Day and this is her in the arms of my daughter as they drove home.
Posted by LaurenIt would be warmer for us both if he'd get on my lap, but it has to be his idea - though he still likes to stay close.
