So this 18 y.o. kitty managed push my slider open, grab a very young possum and bring it into the house....at 1200 am he's howling so I get up to see him standing over said possum. well, said possum dead very well I wrapped him put them in a box put the box in my laundry room with something heavy on top just in case he was not dead I got up very early; possum is gone left a little turd for me in the box so he's in my laundry room now somewhere

damn. if someone finds me and thinks that i am dead ..I hope they don't put me in a box and then put something heavy over it just incase i'm not really dead.

Obviously not an Australian Possum otherwise you would probably have been putting the cat in the box or having a bloody visit to the vet. Our juvenile stay with mother until quite large and mother is one fierce protector of her baby.
