Great news: the actual wording of my new lease states that the pets allowed are “Mattie and maybe a few more cats”! I plan interpret this my advantage and make progress on becoming the crazy cat lady.

I can hear the judge now: "you stated on "Feline Fanatics" that you wished to be "the cat lady", Yes or No?"
SK "Yes, your honour".
Judge: " and you also referred to yourself as "crazy"?
SK: " yes, your honour".
Judge: "Case concluded, I order SK be incarcerated in the state mental asylum until such time as the psychiatrist can prove to the court that she is no longer " crazy" and a danger to herself and the rest of Canadian society".
Bang of the gavel. SK led away by court sheriff to awaiting lunatic asylum padded patient cell on wheels.

@Ray13 Thats a bit steep. There is no mention of SK giving money to strangers, dressing like her mother or stabbing people.
