Question

The casts don't sit on our laps as much during the winter. You would think that with the cooler weather they'd wnat o snuggle up and keep warm, but they actually take to sleeping on top of the heater vents instead. ?

yup.....they do love those heat vents!! I've put a heating pad inside a pillowcase stuffed with a soft fleece blanket. Little Tess loves it..

When I had a wood stove, my cats would stretch out in front of it on the floor and just melt. Limp cats.

We built a stand over the radiator covers in the old house - a favorite spot!

Mine like the spot above the baseboards quite a bit - but laps are still a prime location on the coldest days!
