@orange_girl Laughter is a good thing.
I think we all have days with a degree of disconnect. At our school they lost everybody's paperwork so we (all teachers) had to fill out a fifteen page (original hire) background check stack of paperwork. The deadline was noon today and I learned about it just before school today. I have access to a database that includes date of hire so I looked myself up and filled out the correct 10/10/1997. As today was also the 10th the 10/10 stuck so I dated one of the signatures with 10/10/2018 instead of 12/10/2018. Had to hunt the forms down after I turned them in to correct my error.
@orange_girl I have the gifted and talented kids Grades 1 - 7. We often focus on science projects but the kids are on IEP (individual education plans) so they have a variety of different learning activities. In the past my favorite classes were teaching grade 8 history and science. I also spend a great deal of time maintaining the network, websites etc.
@orange_girl The lower grades are exhausting. I do much better in the upper grades.
