My daughter lay down for a nap after a dental visit and woke with FPS - Feline Paralysis Syndrome, the inability to move because cats are sleeping on you. She got no sympathy from me.
The best cure is to go back to sleep and wait for them to move for dinner.
This does, indeed, seem to be the most reliable solution.
Ha ha ha! That is great. The more you love them, the more severe the symptoms.
