LMAO.... Great One.... I have been a dog lover for eons... I'm involved in rescue and have 3 rescued dogs now. Plus I have 2 rescued cats. I was always a dog lover, but now I enjoy the company of both. It's interesting watching them interact and the different ways they communicate.
I know that cat...it chased me and my dog out of town...
To those who didn't get the point of the post - it was a JOKE. The difference between people who like cats versus dogs is one thing, but the way that is described in the meme is supposed to illustrate that in a very funny manner. Apparently the joke was lost on some. We don't need to hear about how evil cats are, especially in the Feline Fanatics group. Sheesh.
When a child, my neighbour had a cat jump amongst five of her leashed greyhounds whilst only 30 metres from her home. It took her the next day and a half stiching and cleaning up their wounds.
@SACatWalker Related exactly as I was told and I saw the damage to the dogs. The greyhounds were not muzzled, the fact they were leashed is what protected the cat which on reflection could well have been an unneutered Tom on its patch.
@SACatWalker Neighbour walks down street with 5 greyhounds an leather leashes returning from their daily exercise in park. 30 metres from home a cat leaps from top of 4 foot high brick gate post onto dogs backs. Dogs presumably turn and try to scatter, cat slashes way out of melee to escape. Dogs end up injured. End of story, end of discussion. Believe what you want.
Convey. That perhaps dog owners have justification for some of their attitudes about cats and their owners.
I adore cats, I don't really like dogs but I usually tolerate them.
Sometimes seems that way. I love 'em both, for different reasons. Have just cats, now, but just circumstances dictated that. I'm getting to the point now that I may look forward to none for a spell!
After 21 years I would like a break from feeding, brushing, litter cleaning, hair moult and just not being able to go away for more than 48 hours.
Because they need sycophantic devotion in their pets, and cats represent all that they fear.
That sums things up beautifully.

Posted by LaurenI thought this was an accurate representation of how we feel every time we remember our last cat, which happens often when my daughter and I laugh over our current cat's antics.
