That's obvious. 
My white female is a true "scaredy cat". I've watched her approach an item very carefully sticking her nose to sniff the object. From out of nowhere (I'm so cruel) comes this loud noise that makes her jump two feet into the air!! Like Lou Costello said, "I'm a baaad boy!"

3/5 of my cats are great friends. One of the others has kitty PTSD and thinks other cats are terrifying... except for the 18 year old Deaf girl with cataracts and arthritis, who thinks every other cat is scary. Can't hear that she's the only one growling, poor thing
