Antifa is a name made-up by the Right-wing Echo Machine ti make "anti fascist" sound scary and foreign.

Q-Anon is a name that a group defined for themselves. It is derived from a propagandist who calls himself/herself "Q", and he's anonymous. Supposedly, it's JFK Junior, who faked his own death so he could expose the "Illuminati".

And why does this group have "black lives matter" in its name? Black lives need to matter NOW and can't wait for some imaginary utopian future.

Antifa is a platform. There can be small groups with the name Antifa in it; but even they understand that it is a platform. Qanan, if it exist, is just a conspiracy generator.
