Nazism in Ukraine: [quora.com]
Since the US has a huge Nazi movement in all the red states plus law enforcement and the military, would it be justified to invade the US? We have way more Nazis than Ukraine ever had.
As I have pointed out to you before, there is a large and significant difference.
Ukraine has specific, dedicated Nazi units. They operate semi independently and pressure the government politically.
Ukraine is the only country in the entire world that has such units! And they have been carrying out atrocities against Russian speakers in the East since 2014.
Great points Glenn. The Ukrainians watched as the pro Russians minority in Crimea took over Crimea and they did not want it to happen in anymore provinces.
As I believe Krish55 correctly points out some aspects, I'll also add the most telling is how a vast amount of our society and military, in regards to voluntarily joining, are blindly indoctrinated to a false illusion, unable to correlate the resemblance they're serving for. I'll also argue that there are many of these fascist elements in hibernation across many countries. But Ukraine is like no other as this ideology has remained in place for decades on a larger scale, since WWll especially. They have street names and monuments in their names. Organizations and media working within their ideology.
The biggest mistake Lenin made was allowing Ukraine to become independent, then this was exacerbated with the formation of NATO. As this region is ripe with a mixture of similar cultures and genetic traits, when you add in the simulation of fascist elements that occurred during WWll in which some of these governments and populations took hold of, a recipe for future conflict as we see today was inevitable. Those who have taken time to critically examine Ukraine from approximately the late 2000's would find how these elements have been crawling out of the shadows to be used by western powers later for their agendas against Russia, which they highly began manipulating and inciting by 2013. Since WWll there has always been a glorification of the likes of Stepan Bandera and organizations such as the OUN. [en.wikipedia.org] I know of at least one school in Ukraine that has previous famous alumni who were widely involved in fascist ideology and essentially serve as a pretext to todays events. [en.wikipedia.org]
Wikipedia falsely advises the UPA fought against Germany in WWll. When Ukraine actually joined the German's in fighting against Russia. You can't do both at the same time, especially when Germany had taken control of Ukraine. Their flag colors mirror a regiment of Germany's in which is proudly displayed during street and torch marches while glorifying certain fascist ideology and people along with other fascist groups in Ukraine. These torch light marches occur every year in Ukraine now. Some people in the Donbass regions have reported that they see Ukrainian troops having torch light nights in their camps during quiet periods also.
