Look, I'm not American but I'm interested and concerned about your government. I not at all sure that it was a good idea because he will be acquitted by the Republican dominate Senate. Then he will use his acquittal as proof he is innocent, describe to his moron followers how he was set up by the left. He will paint himself as the victim again and again. And he will win the next election because most of his followers don't look past twitter.

The day of impeachment was a sad day in our American history. Brought on by a President who could not restrain himself from the corruption that has defined him throughout his term in office - he has no one to blame but himself. His attempt to undermine the foundation of our Democratic Republic by extorting a foreign nation to become involved in our election for the benefit of Russia and himself left no other alternative. If we are to retain our Republic we have to protect against the sycophants and enablers who are his wall of protection and advocate for a Unitary Executive. No one should celebrate Trump's impeachment. The celebration should be for the protection of our Constitution and values as a people.
And if anything is to be gained by this impeachment it is the knowledge that to protect our Constitution we have to vote for people who believe as we do and not for those who willing to assist in the decline of our nation.
