23 April, 2020 - Diet Diary - Well, I may have actually put two days of control together. Yesterday wasn't bad, although my tracking dropped of late in the day. Today I made it through the whole day, logging my intake and was in my desirable range. I am trying to pull myself together and reassert control over my behavior. I started making lists yesterday, writing down things I need to accomplish the next day. The list is not real long but today I did manage to complete all my "tasks". Need to add a couple more items to tomorrow's list before turning in.

Adding regular exercise to that list needs to happen by the weekend. Taking a walk every other day would be a big step up from current. Hopefully, adding more structure to my days will improve not only how things are going at least for me but also how I am feeling about how things are going.

I'm on a low, too. Need to exercise and better control my food. Covid has affected all of us in subtle and exceptional ways. One way or another we will adapt, probably by developing herd immunity...needs about 2/3rds of population to become immune, either by vaccination or infection and survival. If we cannot develop immunity, we must change social interaction habits. Time will tell.

Posted by JonnaBononnaI had finally gotten back on track after gaining back most of the weight I lost a couple of years ago.

Posted by JurneeI have to say, as an overweight karate instructor, this is the one patch that I was ok with never getting.

Posted by DotLewis7 March 2020 - Diet Diary - Been quiet around here lately. I've not been on vacation, just keeping a low profile and trying to stay on top of things. Are those things incompatible?
