13 March 2020 - Diet Diary - Holding steady, up a little, down a little. Have not been monitoring my salt intake very well lately but on a more positive note, my cholesterol intake is quite low overall. That and the statin I now take should help control plaque build-up. "Golden years" indeed!
Bathroom project is moving along, got the light up, wainscoting up and painted and the window trimmed out and painted. Plenty more to do so no worry about running out of projects to distract me from eating. Just have to stick to them.
