24 April, 2020 - Diet Diary - Made it 3 days now. Was able to keep intake in reasonable range, seeing some results on the scale. Made a great soup today, cauliflower, carrots, potatoes, butternut squash, ham & cream. Not exactly "LITE" soup but not terrible.
Will shoot for day 4 tomorrow.
That would've been a great soup without the ham and cream.. I love veggie soup...
I have made it without cream, using fat free half and half and the ham is an add-on I made because I had some left over. It is a good recipe. The squash was also my add in, since I still have a couple from last years garden. Like most soups, it handles modifications well, according to what you have in the cupboard.
