Trying to shorten a bit tonight.
Kale.banana.spinach.pear smoothie w/1 bagel chip. 250
2/3 bin w/chicken breast. 130
Salad w/ raisins, seeds, carrots, 2 T chicken breast, ff dressing. 300
1/2 oz cheese, 4 slices wafer meat 100
1/2 c frozen yogurt, small square rhubarb cobbler 240
1/4 c sunflower seeds in shell 60
1 mentos, 10 jelly belly beans 50

Day total 1130
Not a bad day, not struggling with keeping track and keeping track is what keeps ME on track. Spent 6 months trying to get myself back into tracking my intake with scant success but posting here was apparently the kick in the butt that I needed. Guess I'll be back tomorrow. If you are struggling, this might be worth a try for you as well.
