Well, made it through another day, keeping to the plan.
Cereal, milk, coffee with creamer -- 310
Lg salad w/ raisins, cheese, meat, seeds, bacon bits, carrots FF dressing -- 385
Tb ice cream (yes, really, just taste testing) 1 mentos, 8 JB beans --- 65
1/4 c tropical trail mix --140
1.5 x 1.5" square rhubarb cobbler -- 85
Total at midnight. May not be completely done, might have a carton of yogurt for 80 in a bit. That would finish the day at 1065, not really wanting anything else. Want to avoid the urge to have a few sunflower seeds as that usually turns in to 1/4 cup roughly and the salt is bad, for the BP and the water retention.

My day consisted of a restaurant salad without the high-cal ingredients (300C). Later a fruit smoothie with Greek yogurt (390C). Tonight lots of veggies and broiled chicken breast (726C). Total 1416 Cal and 25.6 grams fat. I dropped 2# this week by eliminating bread altogether but consuming the same 1200-1400 calories I aim for daily. No more bread for me. My weight is now 163, down from 239, 3-years ago.
