@EdEarl, where are you? Came looking for the DD and you were MIA. Didn't want to jump on your toes so just stuck this up here for tonight. If anyone else wants to put their day report in comments, it is welcome.

Kale smoothie - 240, 2 club crackers - 30, 2 wafer meat, 3 oz. carrots, 1 T. FF dressing - 85, mac & cheese w/ cauliflower - 300, 1/2 c. cauliflower salad w/raisins, seeds, b.bits, kale, balsamic dressing - 200, yogurt - 80 ----

That was my day, not bad overall. The count on the salad is iffy. Didn't eat a lot of it but the dressing is made with mayo so wouldn't take much to pack on the calories. Even if I calculated light, I should be under 1100 for the day. Picked fresh kale today and had a couple chunks of cauliflower left after the mac & cheese so decided on the salad. Just needed to use up a head of cauliflower so decided to try the mac & c recipe. Turned out quite tasty, shared with my neighbor, she approved.
Hope anyone else counting had a good day. 🙂
