DD03072018 Diet Diary 3 Jul 2018. Anyone may record their daily food intake.
After yesterday's bounce and having serious fatigue this morning so fell asleep on couch before eating eating lunch, shortened my eating window to about 4.5 hours and decided to do a "fruit fast" for the day. Allows as much fruit as you want for the day but nothing else. Had mango, cantaloupe, cherries, watermelon and some dried fruit, raisins & banana chips(not officially permitted but stretched the rules) Total calories for the day around 600.
Loss for the week, after the bounce, only 1/2 pound. Need to be more careful with salt for sure. Limited the butter on my corn on Sunday but went heavier than necessary on the butter flavored salt. Tasted good but I pay for the salt intake.
Good work. Salt can change my weight a lot. It's a nuisance factor when dieting.
Fasting
1 tbsp peanut butter 115 cal
1 pat butter 35 cal
Posted by OldMetalHeadI hit a new weight milestone this week. Still trying for the six-pack.
Posted by OldMetalHeadThe hardest part for me is not falling back into old bad habits after meeting goals.

Posted by JonnaBononnaI had finally gotten back on track after gaining back most of the weight I lost a couple of years ago.
Posted by JurneeI have to say, as an overweight karate instructor, this is the one patch that I was ok with never getting.
