DD04072018 Diet Diary 4 Jul 2018. Anyone may record their daily food intake.
July 4... Easy day.... total 1149 cal and 14.5 gram fat. Never felt hungry.
Two giant salads (30-oz each) through the day. My salads have lots of yummy ingredients, but none are over 10 cal per oz, including the "Skinny Girl" dressing (Walmart), so I just weigh the whole salad with the dressing and allow for 1/10 gram of fat and 10 cal per oz for the whole thing... an intentional overestimate. I graze all day on them.
In the evening I had 12 oz of lean chicken breast (372 c) cooked gently in a non-stick pan with no oil and later a delicious tomato sandwich (177 c) on a Great Value Onion Roll with LoCal Miracle Whip. Loads of yummy no-salt spice mixes on all of these. Tea and coffee through the day with no calories added. To me, this is the perfect food mix for a day. No snacks needed since the great salads were available non-stop.
Great job. I like your idea of continuous grazing. I'm trying to grow some things, which may become my source for continuous grazing.
Except for the noise, today was pretty good. Also hot but did get a bit of weeding done in the evening and prepped gutter pieces for painting.
Eats for the day: chicken salad on lettuce - 350, bagel crisps, yogurt, wafer meat - 350, peanuts, 1 mini cookie - 100, meat loaf w/ ketchup - 120, watermelon - 80, total for the day 1000. Not definite on the chicken salad, didn't measure it just finished the last of it but think it was roughly one serving size. Could have slightly higher for day but under 1100. Now, if the neighbors would just STOP with the fireworks and GO TO BED the day would be OK.
Posted by OldMetalHeadI hit a new weight milestone this week. Still trying for the six-pack.
Posted by OldMetalHeadThe hardest part for me is not falling back into old bad habits after meeting goals.

Posted by JonnaBononnaI had finally gotten back on track after gaining back most of the weight I lost a couple of years ago.
Posted by JurneeI have to say, as an overweight karate instructor, this is the one patch that I was ok with never getting.

Posted by DotLewis7 March 2020 - Diet Diary - Been quiet around here lately. I've not been on vacation, just keeping a low profile and trying to stay on top of things. Are those things incompatible?
