6/12/2018 - Daily Diet Diary for today, which is also my son's 39th birthday. He is whining about how old he is getting. Told him to just wait!
Eating today: yogurt, cottage cheese, chicken breast meat, 1/2 oz puffcorn, 8 cherries, 2 oz steak, 1/2 c trail mix, 1 Tbs rhubarb butter, which adds up to very close to 600. I also ate a large serving of the kale/cauliflower salad I made yesterday. I am confident that, although a large serving it was less than 400 calories so the day finished out under 1000 and in the 8 hour eating window.
Heat index going even higher, NOT nice day except for the water exercise class. Last forecast looks like it may be a bit better tomorrow. Hope so!
Very busy today, working in atrium; overdid it. Anna got groceries, and I made dinner, a salad and vegetable stew.

Lost about 10 pounds since starting to eat fewer than 1200 calories a day.
