Skipped yesterday, stuff happens, stuff not related to my eating 12-13K calories worth yesterday. Not tragic, it actually takes right around 17K calories a day to maintain my weight but above my goal.
Today, better, right around 1000 calories for the day. No energy today until after 4 PM. Like, lay on the couch and/or nap much of the earlier part, no energy. This does not bode well for tonight's sleep plans. Maybe tomorrow will be scheduled better.
