11/09/2018 - Diet Diary for All, add your own diet diary.
Made it past the 3 day fast, ended up eating only 600 calories today, not particularly with intent. Started out pretty average after rising but in early afternoon decided to go to my auto mentor and change out the fender on my truck that was damaged when a deer appeared out of the dark. That took a lot longer than I expected, last time I changed a fender on a vehicle was on my 1964 Plymouth Valiant. Things were simpler then, didn't have to deactivate the air bag and there were not nearly as many little screws and odd bits that had to be dealt with. By the time I got home, only had time for a cup of soup and 1 oz. of toasted french bread with a DanActive dairy drink.
Weight for the week is down 1.4 pounds. Currently only 6.4 pounds from my short-term goal which I set for 11/20. No "organized" exercise today, too busy but figure my car repair work, which involved a lot of very, very set in bolts (the car is a 1995) so it was fairly strenuous. I've been trying to fit in a walk, currently 40 minutes, every couple days, then I have the senior exercise class 2 days a week. Tomorrow, eating at Village Inn for an "Old-Timers Luncheon". I may have cup of soup and half sandwich. Their regular soup is pork green chili. (Notice that @EdEarl) May have that, used to enjoy green chili when I lived in New Mexico. Haven't tried theirs but should. It's only 90 calories a cup so the lunch special can still be pretty calorie controlled.
Goal 1200 calories, 800 curls and 200 pushes with 5 lb dumbbells
My weight is 355, which was a disappointment. I must be estimating my calories too low, so will reduce portion sizes or increase calorie estimates.
Breakfast:
Lunch: Chili 400
Dinner: Rice and peanut butter 400
Exercise: 700 curls and 175 pushes with 5 lb dumbbells
Posted by OldMetalHeadI hit a new weight milestone this week. Still trying for the six-pack.
Posted by OldMetalHeadThe hardest part for me is not falling back into old bad habits after meeting goals.

Posted by JonnaBononnaI had finally gotten back on track after gaining back most of the weight I lost a couple of years ago.
Posted by JurneeI have to say, as an overweight karate instructor, this is the one patch that I was ok with never getting.

Posted by DotLewis7 March 2020 - Diet Diary - Been quiet around here lately. I've not been on vacation, just keeping a low profile and trying to stay on top of things. Are those things incompatible?
