Made it through the day, ate at Village Inn and the "Pork Green Chili" is NOT what I call green chili. I lived in Albuquerque and they had green chili there and it was actually green and it was not incredibly hot, although spicy. On the other hand, there if you got the red chili, it might eat the enamel off your teeth. This chili was red/brown color and was quite hot. I did eat it, the flavor was good just hotter than I enjoy.

Even with 1/3 piece of peach pie (it was "free pie Wednesday" ), I had 1018 calories for the day. Today I'm starting to pay for the day of car repair. Shoulder blades and back of head hurt, probably from laying on the ground. Tonight, shoulders are starting to complain. By Friday it should be past. Going to try bed earlier tonight, only got 4 hours sleep last night. Hope everyone had a good nutrition day!

Posted by OldMetalHeadThe hardest part for me is not falling back into old bad habits after meeting goals.

Posted by JurneeI have to say, as an overweight karate instructor, this is the one patch that I was ok with never getting.

Posted by DotLewis7 March 2020 - Diet Diary - Been quiet around here lately. I've not been on vacation, just keeping a low profile and trying to stay on top of things. Are those things incompatible?
