Calories for the day, 1143. Took a 35 minute walk at around a 3 MPH pace and went to the senior exercise class. Started moving furniture tonight, cleaning house because a friend is coming out to visit in 10 days. Sometimes company is the kick in the butt I need to get some cleaning done. NOT my fave thing to do. Rather work in the yard or on the car or on building something. Thank goodness, I have over a week to get ready. 😮

What did you have for dinner? You had 450 calories left.

@CeliaVL Just slow to make the entry, I didn't forget.

@EdEarl You eat a lot of peanut butter. Is that because you particularly like it or do you have a diet/health reason for eating it?

@CeliaVL I like it. Although, Dr. Joel Fuhrman (youtube) recommends eating GBOMBS
Greens
Beans
Onions
Mushrooms
Berries
Seeds, including nuts.

Thus, peanut butter is on the list as a seed/nut. Moreover, peanuts and peanut butter are a staple in many places.

Posted by JurneeI have to say, as an overweight karate instructor, this is the one patch that I was ok with never getting.

Posted by DotLewis7 March 2020 - Diet Diary - Been quiet around here lately. I've not been on vacation, just keeping a low profile and trying to stay on top of things. Are those things incompatible?
