I'm back! Well, mostly. Company left this morning. I beefed up the cauliflower enchilada casserole tonight with a couple smokies, hot dog sized and a little more cheese. It was pretty good, not something I'm going to make a lot but certainly good enough to finish the leftovers. The "Slaw-ghetti" was good, may make that now and then.
Calories today under 1100, exercise class and errands for activity. Didn't report on Tuesday, schedule was all out of whack with company here. Today's weight was down 2.4 pounds from 9/25 despite having ice cream one day and a biscuit with gravy on another while my visitor was here. Pretty good! 🙂

Very good, Dot. I'm having difficult holding myself down to 900.

@EdEarl Good luck with that, it is not easy even when eating those LOW, LOW calorie soups. Don't do it for too many days in a row though, even if you don't drop, break it up with a couple days of more like 1100-1200. Going too low for too long at a time will lower your basal metabolic rate so that it just makes losing even harder. The exercise (strength training) helps but numbers under 11-12K are risky.

Lunch:
1 cup Vegetable Stew 100

Dinner:
Taco 500

Exercise:
