Ok, yesterday went well, on to another day. Cleaning ducts today so I can fire up the furnace. Then getting outside to haul in delicate plants and harvest the green tomatoes. So many below freezing days in the next week that I gave up on the idea of more of them ripening. Kale should be fine, even better. It likes some frosty weather and with the insects laid low, harvesting is better, no more holes in the leaves.

Had a nice bowl of oatmeal this morning with 2% milk, comforting on a chilly morning, for 352 calories. Some of the milk went in my coffee.
1/2 container Carbmaster yogurt, half square of graham cracker -50
More later. Sun.is peeking, need to get outside.
Roast chicken thigh, no skin, medium potato, serving roasted baby carrots, 2 tbsp lite sour cream - 336
1/16 of 9" apple pie - 148
1 clementine - 35
1/2 Bob's soft peppermint stick - 23
Coffee (decaf) with creamer - 30

Total for the day, 974, right around where I wanted to be for today. Got the tomatoes picked and the plants moved inside AND the furnace turned on. Good thing cause it is fricking cold out there tonight.

Posted by JurneeI have to say, as an overweight karate instructor, this is the one patch that I was ok with never getting.

Posted by DotLewis7 March 2020 - Diet Diary - Been quiet around here lately. I've not been on vacation, just keeping a low profile and trying to stay on top of things. Are those things incompatible?
