Watermelom, 1/2 hearty grain bagel w/ butter - 308
Coffee with creamer, 1/2 oz puff corn, 1/2 apple - 144
LARGE salad w/ tomato, chicken breast, sunflower seeds, grapes, lots dressing -364
1/3 oz provolone cheese, 6 vanilla wafers - 112
Completely unnecessary junk - 167
Today's tally, 1095.

Still feeling the effects of yesterday but better. Cleaned the gutter today and put screen over it in hopes that will keep some of the leaves out of it. Tomorrow is to be quite cold, only 36 then really cold ,20 overnight, f- ing ridiculous! Mid October and 20 degrees. If you don't hear from me for about 5 months, I'm hibernating. Hmmm? Five months, THAT ought to take some weight off!
