Sometimes I'm late to make these, so please feel free to do so yourself. Just copy this preamble and change the date.
1/2 hearty grain bagel, broccoli/kale/ cauliflower salad, cappuccino from mix -355
1/2 oz puff corn, 1 oz chicken breast - 117
3/4 is microwave popcorn - 112
Broccoli salad, tomato, 1 oz deli turkey, 1/2 yogurt, 1/4 c cottage cheese -353
4 vanilla wafers, 1/4 c chex mix, coffee with creamer - 148
Total for the day 1085, well under 1247 limit for the day.
Exercise class today, ran the neighbor around a little, we went for our flu shots then I cleaned up the last tomato vine which succumbed to last night's hard freeze. After that had board meeting for Sr. Center then went to library for the last half of the monthly "coloring" night .
Coloring night is such fun. Bunch of grownups get together in a room at the library and spend an hour coloring, eating snacks and chatting. Very relaxing. Still need to work on the buffet conversion. Ordered legs for the sofa last night. Could have them by the end of the week. Keep busy enough, the temptation to snack is subdued.
Calorie Goal 1200 to get me off the plateau I'm on
Exercise 8 sets of 100 curls & 30 pushes w/ 3lb dumbbells.
Breakfast:
1/3 c uncooked oats, cooked w/ walnuts & tsp honey 350.
Lunch:
1.5 c rice noodles and spaghetti sauce 400
dark chocolate 100
Dinner:
Salad 200
Exercise:
8 sets of 100 curls & 30 pushes w/ 3lb dumbbells.
