Exceeded my daily goal today, 1274, higher than the 1247 I was supposed to stay under. Evening is poorly controlled, I've drifted off the intermittent fasting, leaving me open to snacking after 8 PM. NOT a good idea as I stay up well past midnight most nights and that leaves a lot of time to grab little items here and there for a "snack". Just a few peanuts, 4 Ritz cracker with a Tbsp of preserves, 1/4 c salty snack mix can add a surprising number of calories. Have to return to the IF program. Will start it tomorrow, no eating before noon, no eating after 8 PM, non caloric liquids only, with possible exception for a Tbsp of creamer in a large cup of decaf coffee in the evening. Need to do more hot tea, less coffee but get a real hankering for a hot drink on a chilly night. Hope to make better reports rest of week.

Calorie Goal 300 to get me off the plateau I'm on
Exercise 8 sets of 100 curls & 30 pushes w/ 3lb dumbbells.

Breakfast:
3/4 c strawberries 100

Lunch:
1 tsp peanut butter 30

Dinner:
Avocado tostada 300
dark chocolate 100

Exercise: 8 sets of 100 curls & 30 pushes w/ 3lb dumbbells.

I don't actually know how many calories on the avocado tostada; 300 seems high enough. So, I set my goal at 300 and had 550. At least I'm way below my usual of 1200.
