Sometimes I'm late to make these, so please feel free to do so yourself. Just copy this preamble and change the date.
Calorie Goal 300 to get me off the plateau I'm on. I haven't been able to reduce my intake to 300, but have reduced to around 500 by setting my goal at 300. I'm reluctant to change my goal to 500; I might cheat.
Exercise 5 sets of 100 curls & 30 pushes w/ 3lb dumbbells.
Breakfast:
3/4 c chili 200
toast 140
Lunch:
1.5 walnut 40
2 Mandarin oranges 81.
Dinner:
Salad 100
