Pretty good day, got the "5th leg" on the sofa, in the middle to support the span. Made it from a 2x4 and it should work well, it is quite solid. Household chores got caught up in part, dishes and laundry, working on making a new cat box from a storage tote as one of my kits has taken to lurking at the edge of the box to go so it lands on the floor. This will have high sides and narrow "length" will make him move into the box before squatting. (I hope) Joys of pets!

Calorie intake was 1209 today, bit under limit for the day. Think I will try to cut back to below 1000 tomorrow since I've had a few days near limit. As of today I am only 1.4 lbs away from short term goal, don't want to encourage any bouncing at this point. Want to hit my short term goal by November 20 so I can be on maintenance before Thanksgiving. Not sure what I will do that day but don't want to spend all of it worrying about what I can eat.

The 20th is the senior center "Harvest Dinner" and bake sale, a fund-raiser for the transportation fund. Will have to bake some goodies for the sale and will probably eat supper there.

Exercise 5 sets of 100 curls & 30 pushes w/ 3lb dumbbells.

Breakfast:
1/3 c uncooked oatmeal 100
1/4 c walnuts 200

Lunch:
tofu nuggets w/ honey mustard 600
