Heading to bed, hoping for a better nights sleep than the last couple, even if it does start at 2 AM. Today was an eat fest, was fine up until evening, after supper when I caught sight of PEANUTS! Yes, @EdEarl, I pulled a you with the peanuts and way too late realized how easy it is to eat a large number of calories in a short time when it is peanuts. As it is, I figured I had around 1500 calories today, hopefully no more than 1600. I'll see what that does, it technically should not cause a gain, it is still fewer calories than I should burn for my age and current weight, however, that doesn't always mean a lot. I had dropped to my short term weight goal the last couple days but I don't count it unless I can maintain at or below it for a few days. The battle continues, there will always be temptations and "slips", my response to them is on me.
Ed, you are right, those damn peanuts are GOOD! 😉

1/4 c refried beans 100

Lunch:
PB on tortilla 250

Dinner:
salad 100
pita 200
pb 100
