Will make some more next weekend Best of both worlds, I get to bake but don't have all the goodies around to eat. Been sorting recipes, throwing out those I know I'll never make. Found some cookie recipes I think I'll try, sound truly interesting.
Calorie count for today was 1045, put that container of peanuts in the back room so they don't get all in my face when I go in the kitchen. Been in the kitchen a lot the last couple days, doing the baking and working on putting a vent in the guest room door. There is a return air vent in that room but I don't want the cats going on there so I need to vent the door so I can keep it closed. Almost done with this job.
Still slightly under my short term goal, despite yesterday's peanut fiasco. If I hold it under until next Tuesday, will officially declare the goal as met. Then, to celebrate will probably eat at the senior center's harvest dinner (fundraiser) of turkey and the standard trimmings. Probably appropriate since I'm a board member. Besides, I'm a sucker for turkey!

Sounds like a good plan for Thanksgiving, hope it's enjoyable. Our son and his SO will come over for a while with little Mike, who is 5. No turkey for me, however. Oh hell, maybe a taste.

Exercise Goal: 10 sets of 100 curls & 40 pushes w/ 3 lb dumbbells.
Breakfast:
1 c strawberries 50
1.5 c rice w/ 1 tbsp pb 400
Lunch:
2 c vegetable stew 200
pb sandwich 250
Dinner:
potato-bean taco 250
Exercise Done:
10 sets of 100 curls & 40 pushes w/ 3 lb dumbbells.
