Sometimes I'm late to make these, so please feel free to do so yourself. Just copy this preamble and change the date.
Friday! Nice day, tomorrow, not so much. Supposed to be high of 32° tomorrow and today, at 55° I was freezing! Lot of that this fall, I get chilled then I get CHILLED!!!! Hands blanch & get numb they are so cold. Rest of me is cold as well, so sitting on my hands doesn't help. Drinking a hot beverage helps as long as I cuddle the hot cup as well. I did finally get warmed up but it doesn't take much to get back into cold mode.
Plan to make "slaw-ghetti" tomorrow. It is a novel item, you put a bag (or equivalent) of shredded cabbage in a crock-pot. Put in some turkey sausage and pour a can/jar of spaghetti sauce over it then cook for about 3 hours. A friend who does a lot of keto/paleo(?) made it when she came to visit last month. I was skeptical when she told me about it but it really did turn out to be very tasty.
Had a slight ( 0.6 lb) bounce today, although yesterday I stopped at 1247 calories. Today, went to 1273, which should NOT cause gain, in fact it still qualifies as "aggressive" loss level according to FitWatch. Will see how it plays out over the next few days, trying to keep at between 1200-1300.
Glucose 141 @3:30 and 123 @5:45 after my taking metformin earlier. I missed taking metformin yesterday morning, but that usually has less affect on my glucose.
