Calorie Goal 1200
Exercise Goal: rest sore arm
0 sets of 100 curls & 40 pushes w/ 3 lb dumbbells
0 sets of 50 curls & 20 pushes w/ 5 lb dumbbells
50 steps with walker

Atone for sin of eating Chinese food last night.

Breakfast:
15.2 oz grapefruit 137

Lunch:
8 oz baked potato 200
1/8 c sunflower seeds 100
1/4 c refried beans 100

Dinner:
bean and potato taco 250

Exercise Done:
0 sets of 50 curls & 20 pushes w/ 5 lb dumbbells
70 steps with walker

I'm encouraged by your detail. I'm going to try to find one of those apps that tracks all those things. Great!
