For anyone to share their diet day in a comment below.
Sometimes I'm late to make these, so please feel free to do so yourself. Just copy this preamble and change the date.
Out of town yesterday, made it back in good time but not feeling like posting. Intake was good, only 1318, even though we ate at Arby's. Today was also good, 1344, a big share of them in the "breakfast" time zone. This evening however, I made a pot of kale soup which had a lot of vegis and not a real high calorie count. Also tasted very good! Took some to share with the neighbor who says it is a recipe I should keep.
Weight is back below my winter goal, by 0.6 lb. The next couple months will likely see more up and downs while I try to determine the best intake # to keep level. It "shouldn't" be any harder than losing weight but in some ways it is. If I'm not careful I get a bit of a lax attitude because I'm on maintenance. I start to think I can have extras more often than I should because that was my previous lifestyle. Of course that means rises in weight that I then have to get rid of again. It is unlikely I will ever learn to just eat in a way that will not result in gain, without regular monitoring.
