For anyone to share their diet day in a comment below.
Sometimes I'm late to make these, so please feel free to do so yourself. Just copy this preamble and change the date.
Way too cold today for my taste. Went out anyway, exercise class, grocery store for a few more honeycrisp apples then out to pick up the parts for my dishwasher. LOVE those apples, great flavor! I'm the worst at buying apples then not eating them but these, I could eat them every day.
Intake today, 1430, comfortably under my 1500 limit. Weight has held steady at 0.6 lb under winter goal. It is rare to stay precisely the same for three days, hope it is a sign I'm in the right range for maintenance. Lower than it should be for my age/current weight/activity level, according to charts but that doesn't shock me. My history of yoyo dietIng has probably wreaked havoc on my metabolic rate.
Current goal is to make it through the holidays without gaining any weight.
I did battle it from young age to my early 20's until I understood how critical is to have proper intake with the right stuff at the right time. I have been pretty comfortable with my weight for many years and exercise is just something fun...... Diabetes got me because I didn't pick my parents well ????
@FlippantLlama I have too. Exercise keeps me feeling good. ?
I run one hour every morning...
Eat a hearty breakfast
Then one hour calisthenics like jumping jacks, sit ups, squats and lunges, etc..
Light lunch
Light dinner.
I also do swimming when weather permits.
Diet consists of 90% veggies...

500 steps w/ walker
peanuts 300, shortbread 100
peanuts 100, potatoes 100, sweet potato 50
chili 400
rice 500
50 steps with walker ... lymphedema nodes too big to walk, didn't take my diuretic.
