Well, the salt monster @EdEarl asked about a few days ago, got me yesterday. Although I did eat more than intended, in fact I exceeded my output, having between 1800-2000 calories, depending on how much of the olive oil stuck to the vegis I roasted. However, I know the excess of a max of 300 calories on one day would not create a 2 pound increase in weight, over night. The problem was the excess pf salty spices i added to the vegis. I also made over salted kale chips, although I didn't have too many of them.

So, there was 2 pounds more of me today. Likely to take days to shed, especially since it will be hard to shift out of maintenance mode. Today's intake of 1395 was higher than I would have had in loss mode. It was not horrible though and more importantly, I had much less salt today.
