YUM! The soup is delicious. Lots of vegis, including kale and enough of the leftover pork roast to be nice and rich. Now that it is past my eating window and i finally got all the soup ingredients entered in the analyzer, I found my intake today was under 900 calories. Cool! Still planning either a cup of tea or coffee but plan to refrain from further eating.

Need to get some more projects done but feel more like tucking in under a fuzzy throw with a nice hot cup of something. Hope everyone is doing well with whatever holiday plans they have. And if the going gets rough, make soup. 😉

Posted by JurneeI have to say, as an overweight karate instructor, this is the one patch that I was ok with never getting.

Posted by DotLewis7 March 2020 - Diet Diary - Been quiet around here lately. I've not been on vacation, just keeping a low profile and trying to stay on top of things. Are those things incompatible?
