Well, today up to about 5:30, I consumed only 531 calories, partly because I wasn't in the mood to eat. WHAAAAAAT?? Not in the mood to eat? Proclaim a holiday! Partly because I wanted a contained day. Well anyway, after a nice kale salad I decided I was just going to splurge on the evening and so I had an assortment of "treats" and a cup of coffee. Had a cookie, slice of quick bread, peanut butter ball, a lemon & chocolate "truffle" and some peppermint bark. By the time I was done the day's count was at 1232 so I quit. Goes to show you how quickly it adds up when sugar is involved. Made a plate to take to the community dinner tomorrow, now I have to stash all the remaining sugar laden goodies so they are out of the kitchen.

Stitched a design on a tea towel for my sister and burned a design on wood for a friend. Will all go out in mail after Xmas. Not much else going on here today. Hope everyone is having good days, in all ways.

Posted by OldMetalHeadI hit a new weight milestone this week. Still trying for the six-pack.

Posted by OldMetalHeadThe hardest part for me is not falling back into old bad habits after meeting goals.

Posted by JonnaBononnaI had finally gotten back on track after gaining back most of the weight I lost a couple of years ago.

Posted by JurneeI have to say, as an overweight karate instructor, this is the one patch that I was ok with never getting.

Posted by DotLewis7 March 2020 - Diet Diary - Been quiet around here lately. I've not been on vacation, just keeping a low profile and trying to stay on top of things. Are those things incompatible?
