For anyone to share their diet day in a comment below.
Sometimes I'm late to make these, so please feel free to do so yourself. Just copy this preamble and change the date.
And today was another adventure in snow moving. The first one is the snow pile on the north side of the driveway, there was another on the south side. The second picture is the path allowing me to get to the truck. The top of that "wall" of snow, standing against my "portable" shed, is knee high. Fortunately, the drift sloped downward toward the truck so what I had to shovel was not consistently that depth. So much fun, could hardly stand it. Sure took me a long time to warm back up after finishing. Finally shut myself in the bathroom and sat on the floor with my feet over the furnace vent.
Had a good BP reading this morning, kept salt below 1500 again today so maybe that is paying off. Will see what the BP is tomorrow. Calorie intake for today was 1006 + 2 dry roasted almonds which I haven't added to the tracker yet. Ready to go to bed so that will have to wait. The number was really good, partly because I was outside shoveling for so long I missed "lunch" and I also have resumed the intermittent fasting so eating "window" closed at 8 PM. Full disclosure, the 2 almonds were after 8 PM, bad me.
I don't know how you do it, Dot, especially keeping your salt so low. I don't put much salt on things, but there is salt in almost everything. I'm so thankful I don't need to watch my BP closely and don't take BP meds. Once I did, but doctors stopped prescribing them when my BP became normal. Your willpower is exceptional.
