24 Fab 2019 - Diet Diary - I've returned. Had to, behavior has suffered during my absence. Not too bad the first couple days but by yesterday I was just out of control. Didn't track anything and every time I turned around I was grabbing something else to eat. I have, of course, paid for this behavior and was back at my winter goal weight today, had been below it for over a month although I wasn't really losing much.
Today was a crackdown day, intake was around 1000. Will keep tomorrow low as well then add a little more in on Tuesday. I've kept busy working on my cabinets, they are all painted now, working on the add on shelves but I've been in a bit of a funk as well so find myself too often willing to go off and watch TV or browse the web. CRAZY weather does not help as it keeps triggering the Raynauds and the arthritis. Growing old beats the alternative but it is still rough sometimes. 
I will be showing up more regularly. It may not help the arthritis or getting old thing but the structure helps keep the weight thing on track. See you around.

Thanks! I didn't feel very inspirational a couple days ago but I finally got the reminder that I "get by with a little help from my friends".
Here is a picture of the cabinets with the top portion and inside the bottoms painted. I had a bucket of miss-mixed yellow paint and on a bit of a whim, decided to paint inside the bottoms with it. You can see it in the center, bottom cabinet. I have only a poorly lit snap of the fully painted bottoms but will get a better one today.
