28 Feb 2019 - Diet Diary -- February is now gone as I write this after midnight. Is it March that comes in like a lion goes out like a lamb? If fiercely cold weather is a lion, that would be true. Tomorrow (today really) will be colder and prediction last night was that Sunday it may be only 3° and wind chills by Monday are to be minus double digits. Guess it is good that I have no immediate obligations other than run across the street for a bit.

Painted the shelves with a second coat, cut the last shelf, the top one and got it all in place. Will screw it to the cabinet tomorrow. The second picture has all the shelves on. There will be a shelf under the suspended cabinet as well. Think it will be suspended from the cabinet, with dowels. I have an edge glued pine board to use for the top over the bottom cabinets. Have to rip some off it for proper fit and will glue a thin piece of that to the forward edge to make it appear thicker. Will probably use the remainder to make a 3 inch "backsplash".

Kept intake under 1200 today, salt was under 1300. No weight drop the last couple days but uhh...... well, mitigating circumstances exist. I'll just leave it at, things will probably move along by tomorrow. ? ?
Looks like a good day to stay inside except for a trip to Ford dealer to see if I can get a fix for a bad seat belt buckle. Might cook, have some broccoli and was thinking some broccoli cheese soup sounds good. Did eat a lot of salad today, extended my remaining broccoli salad by adding chopped Romaine, spinach and tomatoes to it. Didn't need additional dressing, the dressing on the broccoli salad was enough to moisten all.

Chill is starting to set in so better get in bed before it gets bad. Once I get chilled, it is hard to warm up, even with the electric blanket on. Hope your day is good. Stay warm! (or cool, depending....)
