Hi Guys, I have been quiet, not on the site much, but this group waaaay back was 50% of the inspiration to get my act together, so again, I think you. I was 150 KG (330 pounds June 2018 and have a goal of 95 KG (209 pounds) by June 2019. Xmas 2018 I hit 100 kgs (220 pounds) and can't seem to shift it, but feeling fit. I hope you work out which is before and which is after.
Awesome job! Took a lot of discipline to get that kind of loss in under a year. I've been at it for a year longer than you and have lost just 60 pounds. The good news, I am less than 10 pounds from my final goal. That last 10 pounds has been a real bitch though. I made it to my winter goal before Thanksgiving, intending to go on maintenance until after the holidays then lose another 10 pounds when the feasting season was over. It has been a real struggle to get back into losing mode. I am finally getting more serious as I want to reach my goal of being at my goal weight by the 2 year anniversary of starting, which is June 12, 2019. Come around more, we can shoot for that June finish line "together".
Good luck to you, keep up the great work.
you have done well and almost there, I am so impatient, get frustrated over it all so easily.
Looking good! Though to be honest you look pretty nice in the before photo too. I tend to go for faces and personalities more than bodies. The last bit is always the hardest. Sometimes it helps to take a break and go onto maintenance and then your body gets a shock and responds better when you start again. Well done for progress so far!
Posted by OldMetalHeadI hit a new weight milestone this week. Still trying for the six-pack.
Posted by OldMetalHeadThe hardest part for me is not falling back into old bad habits after meeting goals.

Posted by JonnaBononnaI had finally gotten back on track after gaining back most of the weight I lost a couple of years ago.
Posted by JurneeI have to say, as an overweight karate instructor, this is the one patch that I was ok with never getting.

Posted by DotLewis7 March 2020 - Diet Diary - Been quiet around here lately. I've not been on vacation, just keeping a low profile and trying to stay on top of things. Are those things incompatible?
