My most recent fast wasn't total, I had a little Kale and some peanuts (with pills) last evening it started about 42 hours ago, and my glucose is now 78, and I feel my glucose is too low. So, I'll eat some, but not over eat. Diabetics must be careful not to cause ketoacidosis when fasting. Thus, I'll eat a little and try to continue this semi-fast. I'll want to keep the calories below 600, but get good nutrition, so a salad is on the menu.

ATM my intent is to eat one meal a day of under 600 calories including a salad for a week. I want to lose until I'm under 200 lbs (about 20-30 lbs). I could not keep my calories under 600; had almost double!

A brave ambition and I wish you luck, but be careful. After your fast, increase your calorie intake gradually or you may find you jump back up.
