In spite of my transgressions this week, my weight today is 312 lbs, which means I've lost 138 pounds since my all time high. I'm celebrating because my walking is going well and I weigh only 312 lbs! I'll be under 300 lbs soon!
Bravo! That is an amazing accomplishment. Sticking with it to lose that much really shows a lot of strength and determination. Now that you are walking again, you may see even more loss as your calorie needs will really go up. Keep up the good work and keep us posted.
Thanks. I'm pushing for a bit faster weight loss by fasting 24 hours. However, my strength and determination aren't important to the slow loss I've experienced over the past 2.5 years. My wife is on the same diet that I am, and she told me a couple of months ago that she weighed 137 and felt her skin was too loose, so she didn't want to lose any more weight. She weighed 125 recently, which is less than she has weighed since her 20s. The plant-based whole-food diet allows you to lose weight without suffering.
Very impressive. I haven't got as much to lose but I am finding it very hard. I admire your determination. Keep going, to give me a good example!
Thank you. Once I stopped eating the wrong things, my weight started falling and still is. I eat when I'm hungry. If I had to be hungry all the time, I'd fail.
Impressive!!! Very few can claim a loss of over 100 pounds.

Thanks. I'm convinced I'll lose over 200, and probably over 250, before my weight stabilizes. I started at about 450 lbs and expect to go down to 200 or less.
