22 July 2019 - Diet Diary - Think I will quit early tonight, well at least I might. Up a little early today and did a fair bit, including mowing/trimming the yard and pulling weeds. Also, got a wifi signal booster and installed it today. It so far seems to be helping, the computer is responding more quickly and not clocking as often. Will try streaming a show on my Kindle tonight to see if it helps that.
Ate within my limit today, finishing at 1083 and I did have the kale smoothie for first meal. It was really good, not sure why I haven't been making them lately. Weight today was at 141.2, after that 2 day eat-a-thon. That is down 0.2 lbs from yesterday so at least the trend is good. Will shoot for 1100-1150 tomorrow and watermelon is on the menu. Still have a couple servings left.
Your numbers are sounding good. Do you find you do better in the summer when it is warmer and there is more in the way of salad to eat? I am not sure that I do, because I really don't like the heat and my escape is ice-cream! Easier to feel comfortable in the winter.
I do eat a fair bit of salad in summer but probably not a lot more than winter, it just has more garden/yard stuff in it. Like you, I don't like being too hot and cold treats like ice cream, frozen fruit bars and watermelon are always temptations. In winter, my love for soups of almost any kind is likely helpful.
