4 August 2019 - Diet Diary - First day in 2 weeks that I have had almost no PVCs. Left me feeling much better today. It may be that the medication changes are starting to settle. Hope that is the case. Will still keep an appointment with the cardiologist even if this has settled down. Think it will just let me relax a little to be sure the meds were the problem and the Afib didn't play a part in it.

The weight drop of yesterday was a fleeting pleasure, bounced almost 2 pounds today. Not shocking, I thought yesterday that the drastic drop could have been related to the problems the day before. Not really upset about the bounce, so far it has been the case that if I hit a low, even if I bounce back up, it is not too long before I can get to that low again. Today my intake was 1189, a little under limit.

Need to get back onto projects, I've been slacking the last few weeks. Need to get a plumber in to replace a tub faucet and check on the guy who said he would cut my countertop. I could cut the counter but not sure I have the right blade to do it without chipping the formica. I want to get the bathroom project moving forward, it has been stalled for too long. For tonight, guess I better quit and go to bed.

That all sounds very positive. It seems a long time since you did any home improvements! Looking forward to seeing the bathroom project.

Posted by JurneeI have to say, as an overweight karate instructor, this is the one patch that I was ok with never getting.

Posted by DotLewis7 March 2020 - Diet Diary - Been quiet around here lately. I've not been on vacation, just keeping a low profile and trying to stay on top of things. Are those things incompatible?
